TriStar was founded from a shared vision among three founders inspired by the mountain star overlooking El Paso, Texas. The star represents more than a local landmark, it is a symbol of guidance, direction, and a reminder that meaningful progress often begins with a clear path forward.

Throughout our experiences in healthcare, research, and education, we repeatedly encountered providers and practices interested in participating in research but facing significant barriers to getting started. Many organizations recognized the value that research could bring to their patients and practice growth, but lacked the time, operational capacity, trained personnel, or experience needed to build and sustain a research program.

TriStar was created to help fill those gaps. We believe providers should not need to create an entire research department from the ground up in order to participate in clinical trials. Our goal is to reduce administrative burden and provide practical support that allows healthcare organizations to confidently pursue research opportunities while remaining focused on patient care.
